Lab Observations

This is what we discovered while conducting our lab.
        _The sugar dissolved at 110 degrees
        _The mixture boiled at 210 degrees
        -The stuck temperature was at 223 degrees
        -Steam was rising at 210 degrees
        -The maximum temperature the substance reached was 305 degrees
